I just came across "Benzapril" listed as a medication that Speech Wreckignition picked up. Granted, that is how this doctor pronounced it, but it should be "benazepril." (Also notice that the original was capped while the correct is lower case.)
Now, I've seen this a couple times, and from what I understand, the speech system can't just "make stuff up." Someone has had to have physically type that out in straight transcription (either when it was learning) or correct it in editing, actually typing "Benzapril." My own spell check caught that, so you would imagine whomever typed "Benzapril" would have caught it and corrected it.
This is not the first time I've seen something like this. ((((sigh))))
