Voice wreck for sure

Voice wreck has been set up to make us fail. That is clear to me now. The dictation could not be more clear, but the voice wreck will change it just to mess us up and prevent us from attaining any incentive or bonus. Dictation could not be more clear. Voice Wreck is putting in udder nonsense. Yes, I know it should be utter nonsense. I'm trying to make a point because this is exactly what this sorry excuse of voice recognition is doing. We really have to ask ourselves, is this being done purposefully with the hope that we make more errors? My best guess is a resounding YES! These people will stoop to anything to squeeze a few more pennies out of us. ...

Is it possible for voice wreck to be better on one account than another, or am I just noticing coincidences? One account, I might re-type anywhere from 60-80%, another account I might re-type 20%. Could this be due to software or equipment, or is it just a coincidence? ...

so posting this here. I just can't seem to get any speed on VR and the drafts coming through are really not that bad. I can easily straight type 150-175 LPH, but I struggle with VR so much. I just got hired at this company and we are only required to get 200 LPH, which is reasonable. Why is it such a struggle for me? I have tried and tried to figure it out. My eye cannot seem to follow with voice and I end up going over and over words. Have tried magnifying the screen to about 14 ...

I was wondering, is anybody making any money at all on voice? I keep hearing just minimum or maybe a little more. I call minimum wage 7.50 to 8.00 an hour. My experience with it was at one point I was told that I hadn't made enough for minimum and they had to do make-up pay. So how is everybody's experience with voice? we have dictators who compose sentences such as this: "A xx-year-old female accompanied by daughter in secondary to within the last week has run out of her amlodipine, Prozac and clonidine anywhere from 3-5 days ago each of these." I kid you not, that is what this doctor said. American doc, speaking clear English. Now tell me, what am I supposed to do with that? I worked for Spheris for 4 years and it was great. Mmodal took over almost a year ago and changed everyone to speech wreck, took Outlook email away and put us on some horrible slow email system and now it takes at least 30 minutes of wait time to get the Help Desk on the phone. As per usual, SR came up with a medical worde for a non-medical word and used it throughout a report. Think about what might sound like "peanuts" and substitute that in sentences like "the patient was allergic to peanuts," "She ate some peanuts." ...

I can't help but think of my days and months of training and if I consistently put out work like I am correcting, I would have been fired in a New York minute!!! Please don't post the normal you can get out, it's your fault for staying, blah, blah, blah. I have tried to explain to manager that the program is slow, and does not seem to ever correct a lot of "normal" dictation, so I have come here to ask a question of you. I feel that we are not getting enough keystroke count for these jobs. Also, if a company purchases SR software that has M*Modal's stamp on it, how likely is it that the purchasing company might be in line to get taken over by M*Modal? I do not believe I have ever seen this problem, but I do not read all the time. On VR reports it seems my foot pedal gets stuck or some such thing. I tap it all over the place. The voice will not move. It eventually does, but it seems to be getting worse.
