G-mail glitch - Hmmm

I have a problem. Long story short, I took an office job where I now have to set up staff members on g-mail. So far, I've done 2 people; one from the office site, and one from my house. When I try to add another g-mail address, the google search links me, and brings me right to the person's e-mail box directly. The person I set up at the office, goes to that person's box; the one I set up from home, goes into the person's box I set up from home. I'm not sure why that is, but if I need to add another g-mail account, how can I do that? Even if I can do it from the peoples' mailbox, I have no business being in there. Any help? Thanks!

[ In Reply To ..]It's not a glitch. Whatever computer you set the email up on will log you in automatically to the last g-mail account used unless you sign out.
You need to click on the blue silhouette of the person in the upper right hand corner and log out of the account.

I clicked on the blue man, and that keeps me from accidentally popping into the other person's e-mail, but it's still bringing me to the e-maill users sign-in page for p-word. I do have his p-word, since I set it up, so I can get all the way into the mail to log out, but still, getting his log-in page.

Not that I really WANT to hear from the Q, but am I the only one who does not have e-mail still? I can log into MQ Central fine, click the "my community" button, and the regular e-mail page does come up but with only four boxes at the top (no e-mail list). One of those boxes says something about currently experiencing problems with MT mail, we are contact with the vendor trying to resolve issues. That's it. Rest of the page is white. I cannot access my web e-mail. I believe there was an upgrade happening this week (thought today). Now they want user name and password. from a supervisor with a typo or a word spelled incorrectly or misuse of a word. I want so much to send a reply stating "Failed audit!" And where does the doctor's responsibility come in? I can't believe how poor some of their grammar is and how they mix up genders throughout the report. It's unbelievable how much we have to correct to make them look good.
