Anybody having trouble getting into MQ e-mail this morning?? It gives me a message that user name or password is not recognized???

it's down for maintenance - for a few hours this morning

Supposed to be down from 6-8 EST and no more than a hour. Any one else getting a chuckle that now at almost 11 EST still can't get into MQ mail. Typical MQ, fixing what isn't broken.

What on Gods green earth are they doing to the mail????

I need to check my folders for updates on these accounts where each doctor gets whatever they want.

If I fail an audit today over this, some stuff is gonna hit a fan.

Now when I go to check even the MQ Central site is down. Just freaking wonderful. Way to go MQ!

My email said 1 hour. Every time they do maintenance or upgrade it takes days to fix what they broke when they were working on what wasn't broke. Typical!

You know, if they say 6-8 a.m. EST and it is now past 12 p.m. EST they need to be held accountable. They sure expect me to keep my word regarding my schedule and everything else. I called and put in a ticket because this is unacceptable.

good for documentation purposes. You never know if you're going to be audited today and can't access your client/dictator specifics from the constant emails that we can't get to!

Not that I really WANT to hear from the Q, but am I the only one who does not have e-mail still? I can log into MQ Central fine, click the "my community" button, and the regular e-mail page does come up but with only four boxes at the top (no e-mail list). One of those boxes says something about currently experiencing problems with MT mail, we are contact with the vendor trying to resolve issues. That's it. Rest of the page is white. Doubt he will even read it but if he does, it was nice knowing all of you. I did not use any bad language, but I did speak my mind. I'm not even totally sure the big picture includes MTs/MEs so I guess we should all be looking to change occupations. Either way, sooner or later I will be hired outside of this industry. Okay, it is 8 p.m. Friday night. Just checked e-mails. Noting my CCM sent one out at 4 p.m. Little concerned as to its content. She stated mandatory conference calls in the next 2 weeks with an "agenda," but will be brief. With what I am reading on this board, I am worried what this might be about. I cannot access my web e-mail. I believe there was an upgrade happening this week (thought today). Now they want user name and password. from a supervisor with a typo or a word spelled incorrectly or misuse of a word. I want so much to send a reply stating "Failed audit!" And where does the doctor's responsibility come in? I can't believe how poor some of their grammar is and how they mix up genders throughout the report. It's unbelievable how much we have to correct to make them look good. Just received e-mail from corporate stating that as they had previously stated they would be rearranging management, ccm's, etc. It went on to state that if you had been reassigned to a new CCM they would be contacting you in the future, but Thank GOD at the bottom it lists who your CCM will be and I am lucky enough to have the same CCM who I love and has always been good to me. Today is my lucky day. So glad she is not one of the ones to go. ...
