You suck!

You are guilty of wage theft and slave labor. I'm not going to elaborate on this. You know what you've done.

You are deceitful. You say "patient care" is the No. 1 goal. That is a lie. The No. 1 goal is to line your greedy pockets. You don't care one fig about the MT/QA/QC.

In a few words, you are disgusting! You will reap what you sow.

...you may have heard or might be told, Nuance does "clean out" this board any time it can identify who is here and who isn't.

There are far worse things I can think of than - getting fired from Nuance.

Bottom line is Nuance--the ones who pocket all the money in the company--care more about money than people. They are thus no different than criminals who would, say, literally kill someone to steal their money. They just don't care about people and are soulless. KARMA WILL COME ONE DAY TO TEACH THEM A LESSON.

I got nailed by that one time, exactly with Survey Monkey, that we were all told every time "it's anonymous" but lo and behold, I got nailed one time in a meeting about what I specifically had said in one of their "anonymous" surveys.

Don't ever fool yourself that your employer or MTSO is letting you be anonymous. Don't. Be. That. Gullible.

They know exactly which computer/employee/IC each survey response came from. If you dont care about being fired, let them have it with both barrels.

If you care, skip the survey or lie through your teeth.

Exactly. I hate forced choice answers anyway. The ones I want to - give are never one of the options.

Just read through the survey without answering the questions. Waste of time! No matter how many of us answer it and regardless of what we say, after it is all over they will tell us that MQ employees love the company. I am an MT who has been around for 14 years with this company and I have my gripes like all the rest of you. I took the survey and stuck it to them when it mattered. For example, when they ask if compensation encourages people to do their best, the obvious answer is "strongly disagree" right? Before the new pay rule game, I made 7.5 cents (3.75 cents for editing). Then when this new pay game started, I made less at 7 cents. However, I find lately I've been actually making noticeably more money with this pay game. You just got to keep quality and pending to QC under control. Every time MQ sends out a survey they use it to justify a pay cut or cesspool or other "great" ideas. They twist the results of the survey to fit their agenda and then say- see the MTs agree that ASR is better or they are sick of running out of work. JMHO but I am not filling it out so they can use my answers to make my job worse than it already is. ...

On the question of "how well does MQ work for you", my reply was..."it doesn't" and I proceeded to say that I am worth and deserve a decent salary, among other things.
