How do we pull up a report to re-listen in Integra? sm

I got a major error (wrong date within the report) on post audit. I want to make sure I really did make that mistake -because it doesn't seem like the usual mistakes I make. Is there a way to go back and relisten to the report and/or look at the report and the demographics for that patient again? Thanks -- ...

Does anyone use Instant Text with Probity's Integra platform? I just downloaded IT and am having a lot of difficulty using it. First, I had to set it to be on the right side of the screen because otherwise the time marker disappeared. Not a big deal though.
