the physicians' names have a question mark beside them.  So that means we have to re-enter every single physician name on the entire ADT of every report?!  If so, then what was the point of that "upgrade"?  It's worse now than it was before!!

according to last Fluency info... Entries preceded by a question mark icon (?) denote names that were not completely auto-matched in the database in the ADT transmission. After accessing the Select Physician window to enter information in the Dictator, Dictated For, CC List or any Optional ADT field, do not select an entry preceded by a question mark. The question mark icon indicates that a search must be performed for the information dictated. Always perform a search for information even if the requested entry displays in the Job Physicians list.

So since the upgrade, we now have to re-choose - sm

every single freaking physician in every report whereas before the upgrade, many autopopulated with the ADT correctly. Thanks a lot tech guys for all these wonderful upgrades... I spend more time on the ADT which I don't get paid for than I do on most reports.

In DQS 6.1, highlighted letters within a word could be changed using the cycle capitalization feature without remaining letters being affected; e.g., MiraLax. In FFT Editor 7.1, this function does not behave as expected.

Thanks for making this more difficult. I use this feature ALL THE TIME.

No, only if adding a cc, you cannot select the name - with ?

On the ADT screen these names do not need to be reselected. Only if you have to add a cc, you cannot select a name with a ?, but must research for the name. That were the instructions we were given and what I have followed since July. No one has complained that I am doing it incorrectly so I believe that is the correct instruction.
So it's okay to leave the names that autopopulate with question marks? - I sure hope so NM

Depends on what you're told. We have to even on the ADT otherwise the names won't carry through to the client.
Seems like if it was important, they'd pay us for it. - nm

I would think tech support would "invent" a way to prevent this from happening; but then again, it proves they don't know what we do (and we don't get paid for this, so stupid)

It sounds as if the dictator is saying "necrotic syndrome"  however, everything popping up in search is nephrotic syndrome.....this is going all the way through the report...I have slowed the dictator down and listened carefully and she continues to sound as if she is saying necrotic...is the such a syndrome?   thank you in advance for any help. ...

I don't do OB reports very often anymore.  After replacing the uterus into the peritoneum and replacing the bladder blade, "warm 0.9 saline pull/pool suction was used..." Visually I could see letting the fluid pool before suctioning to check for any leaks, but I could also visualize that the suction apparatus could have a pull handle for easy maneuvering. Are there any OB regulars that could help me?  I didn't learn anything of value on a Google search and my Steadman' ...
