Inscribe - how to go back and listen to old dictation

I got a major error (wrong date within the report) on post audit. I want to make sure I really did make that mistake -because it doesn't seem like the usual mistakes I make. Is there a way to go back and relisten to the report and/or look at the report and the demographics for that patient again? Thanks -- ...

Just learning the ropes with InScribe and have a question. If a job/file has more than one letter/note in the dictation and you have saved the first one, how do you clear the screen for the next letter? I tried selecting next field but that didn't work. I'm supposed to save each one separately so...any help would be greatly appreciated. According to a poster below which has apparently already attended one of the payroll meetings (as the poster posted) for nuance they have decided to keep the incentive part of all of our pay going with an exception that now you have to have over the industry standard of 98% to get a production based incentive.
