How are weekly FIESA scores figured? sm - broke

I thought they were calculated weekly but my FIESA score for the period of 9/21-9/28 should have given me a bonus if that is true and it was the same as it was the week before, which was under 99.

My understanding is that is the score for the previous quarter. - wannie

Unfortunately, bonuses are not based on weekly scores. They are based on the previous quarter's QA score. We should have a new score after today (end of quarter), which will determine production bonus eligibility for the next quarter.

Unfortunately, both the weekly bonus and the quarterly bonus are based on the previous quarter's QA, which must be =>99. Today is the last day of the 3rd quarter, so whatever your QA score is for the 3rd quarter (July, Aug, Sept) determines if you are eligible to earn any bonus pay for 4th quarter (Oct, Nov, Dec). This really stinks, but that's the policy. Starting tomorrow, if you improve your score to at least 99 for Oct through December, you will be eligible for bonus pay during Jan-March. You need to remember also that a QC score of =< 10% is also required for both weekly and quarterly bonus pay, as well as meeting minimum line average of 186 for quarterly bonus (but not for weekly).

Quantity bonuses are figured weekly & paid on that paycheck - quality is paid about a month after the quarter is over - I've only gotten quality once since they've starting ripping reports apart!

in email that tells the scores for the previous quarter or do we just wait and see what pops up next week on time cards, or can we figure it out ourselves from FIESA?

In FIESA, you should be able to choose the date range (for last quarter), then under "Audit Type" select "Post Audit." The accuracy score towards the top of the next screen should be the number you're talking about.

We are waiting to hear about "enhanced compensation" or really "reduction" until everyone is moved over to 7.1. They did not expect there to be so many delays, and I think real soon, everyone will be shifted over, and then they can show us with all of our production reports how great their program is, and then cut the pay to be "industry standard." Think I have finally figured it out. We got a call from Chase saying that someone had used our credit card and had tried to charge two items worth a couple of hundred dollars but they turned it down. Once upon a time, I used to work for a company, who, when working overtime, would have you log the lines you did during your OT period and pay 1-1/2 times whatever your line count was, which was awesome. I have worked for Medquist 7 years, started out 10 cents a line and I am Tier III ESL accounts. Used to work for transcend before that. We went to ASR and we were told to highlight and correct so we could "train" it. Just a head's up, new QA scores are being performed (to many of my friends also), with no warning, check your files and you will see a new one just performed. I have not had a score under 99.5% for 2 years, and had several 100%, but lo and behold, my new score (which will mean NO BONUS for the next QUARTER if I understand correctly) is 98.8%. Yea, right.
