FIESA made the cut for the weekly bonus - an

Can someone clue me in on how you can tell by looking in FIESA wheter or not you made the cut for the weekly bonus. From what I see in FIESA and what I see on my pay stub, the percentages are never the same?

At the bottom of your timesheet, after your lines are posted, it tells you whether or not you got the incentive pay. The QA score is the one from the previous quarter and does not change until the end of this quarter. The QC percentage changes and that can make or break your incentive pay too. In FIESA look at post-audit for 7/1 thru 9/30 and it should match what your timesheet shows. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I guess what I am not understanding when I go into FIESA and look at the post audit say for the week to see if I qualify for my incentive, the accuracy % is always different from what is on my timesheet.

If you are looking at post audit scores each week they will be different because they are based only on the dates you put in. The weekly incentive is not based on weekly post audit scores. It is based on the previous quarter post audit score (for now the 7/1 to 9/30). You can keep up with how you are doing this quarter, but that is not the score that is currently used for your incentive. To get the incentive you have to meet the line requirements, show at least a 99% post audit (QA) score at the bottom of your time sheet and have less than 10% QC percentage at the bottom of your timesheet. It sounds confusing, but it really isn't. The only numbers on your timesheet that change every week are your lines and your QC percentage numbers. The post-audit score changes every 3 months. You might go into ENRICH and look for the compensation recording that is under the HR topics. It is an older recording but still applies - at least until they change things here in a month or so.

I am sorry, but let me make sure I understand this. Whatever I did as far as QA and QC during 7/1 thru 9/30 guarantees my weekly bonus for the next 3 mos and then it starts all over?

You're welcome. Unfortunately there is not much out there in the way of support. The only score from the quarter of 7/1 to 9/30 that counts now is the QA, post audit. Your weekly QC percentage - the amount you send to QC can keep you from getting the weekly incentive if it is above 10%. That does change weekly and the only way you know what it is will be by looking at the bottom of your timesheet. Keep in mind you also have to meet the line requirements. Whatever your QA score ends up being at the end of this quarter, 12/31 will be used for the next 3 months starting in January. It would be a good idea to look at that recording I told you about. It is lengthy but it may help clear things up.

There is something that I've been thinking of that truly breaks my heart. To think that some or most or all of us just miss getting the quarterly bonus by 2/10ths of a percentage point or 1/10th or whatever.
