Be interesting to see if I qualify for this.  I got one last time, but it seems like every one of my reports is being audited and they are marking off for such stupid stuff and 0.25 adds up after awhile.  Everything from invalid blanks to "failure to flag"  Something has definitely changed over the last few weeks, never has it been like this before.  I have always had 99 to 100% but I can't seem to even get to 98% now what with all their mark offs.  So stupid.

Wonder if audits are to save Nuance money. - 98.99 QA

I am being robbed of bonus for this reason and some of the audits points taken away were for ridiculous reasons. Next time they need extra help, no reason to work extra because I will get no bonus based on crazy nitpicking audits. I will do what I need to do and no more.

Here is the hilarious part I have had 10 reports QA'd for a total line count of 87 lines. They are QA'ing only 5-10 line reports for me so even 1 or 2 small errors kills me.

Since every single report that has been audited is under 10 lines, I know it is deliberate.

less from them than underhanded auditing and "fixing" the bonus so only a very few ever get it. This way if they are ever audited, they can show that they did indeed give bonuses.

TSM congratulates me that my accuracy was 100%! Then look at my audits and I am at 97.6%. Something definitely smells fishy here.

I honestly do not pay attention to FIESA so I looked at the score when I went to approve my timecard. I suppose it is hard to miss something that was not counted on to begin with.

Well, I know I won't even qualify for the weekly incentive for the entire quartery because my "score" for the quarter that ends 10/2013 (according to the message sent out by HR) is now showing in Webclock as 98.63%. If I understood it correctly, that final score in Webclock as of today is the score that will stay put for the entire quartery until 10/2013.

I just checked my score for this payperiod only, and it was 99.37% and I haven't had very many post audits for the last week or so. So, that basically proves to me they just nitpicked apart my reports enough to squeeze me just under 99% for an entire quarter so that I don't qualify for EITHER the incentive or the quarterly bonus.

I so wish I could just quit and never look back right now, but I have bills to somehow pay, and this job is the only way I can do that until I can into the nursing courses in my area (there is a waiting list) and finish. Of course, at this point, I'd go to work at Walmart just to get away from this.

I don't even WANT to work when it's time for me to start my shift, and I have to really push myself just to get through 8 hours.

in my life that I dreaded like I do this one. I used to enjoy transcription, but not any more. However, I have bills to pay, too, live in a very small town and this is the best paying job around here for me (that's a scary thought, lol).

I feel that every single report I type is being completely ripped apart. I was marked off for no comma, no S at the end of a word (no bearing on meaning), redundancy (in their mind maybe but not mine), this is so petty and pathetic. Mine does seem to come from the same person though and I have complained about her before.

It was bad, but as of about a month ago things were going haywire... I think something is terribly wrong in the stress levels of the QC, TSM, and higher ups who want to push it on the MT. Now it seems to me this place is losing their collective mind. It may have tried to be the Borg at one time, but at least the Borg worked together without a hitch. This place is just plain bonkers I know it. Time to get out or ride the wildest ride of our lives...with no possible logic anymore.

And the person who did the scoring on the report actually put a comment that said, "I heard it perfectly clear." This was on a particular physician who has BEEN having audio issues with ONLY his dictation for months now, and I'm NOT the only MT who has struggled through the static and cut-out words on my team, but amazingly someone else heard it "perfectly clear."

There is one dictator who is a nightmare on my account. He dictates 1-1/2 pages in 30 seconds or less. TSM had trouble understanding him and the faciliy knows he is difficult. However, the QA heard it "perfectly clear". Funny thing is I was counted off on a post audit for what she heard "perfectly clear". They are going nuts with this new bonus!

I live in a super small town. The local hospital here is where I got my start. We had exactly 3 transcriptionists who did all of the acute care and radiology on a daily basis... That is how small we are... The hospital has grown, but they still only employ TWO in-house transcriptionist and ONE at-home transcriptionist. There probably hasn't been a turnover there since I left in 1997. :)

I don't have much choice except to do this until I get out from under some bills and into the nursing class, and even then I'll have to work full-time (even at minimum wage) AND go to school. At this point, I'm willing to do just about ANYTHING to get out!

Taking a 25% cut in social security from my husband and semi-retiring in July.  Will be making almost as much off social security as I am now making at MModal.  Going to work at my part time job until I turn 65.  I can still earn 1260 a month without losing any social security.  Yeah!!!!!  If I did not have credit card bills to pay I would not have to work at all but I am not sure I would like not working.  ...

Thank you for my Q2 bonus, the first ever for me. However, I really could have used the money during the last 3 months. If divided up over those 3 months, I would not have had to borrow money for food. Please reconsider this punitive bonus plan you have. The money would be better served in my paychecks. We used to get the monthly production bonus as a separate check on the 25th.   I didn't get a separate check for this although I should have qualified.  Paltry as it is, every little bit helps.  I do see an "incentive bonus" on my regular paystub, but I'm not sure if this is from some past incentive I have since forgotten about or if they are now just putting the regular monthly bonus on one statement along with our regular pay. Have you found that it's getting less and less for the VERY SAME AMOUNT OF LINES?  I got a smaller bonus (piddly as it is) this month for MORE lines than I produced a few months ago and got a larger bonus for.  I know the bonus is pretty much based on some kind of whim and/or some computations that require a master's degree in mathematics to figure out, but it would sure be nice if they could be consistent.  I guess I should be glad I get one at ALL at this point.  ...

Anybody heard anything solid, or not so solid, about this?  I can't seem to get any information on a date for disbursement.  And now that the DSP and nDSP were messed up on the last pay period (resulting in erroneous QC Percent scores), I'm afraid it's going to be delayed even more while that gets corrected/ironed out through another pay period.  Maybe somebody else's team lead is a little more in the know or more communicative about what's going on? ...
