Nuance Bonus??

While other people I know are receiving bonuses during this holiday season, I received yet another pay cut and unpaid vacations from my employer. I now earn yet again significantly less and quite frankly can do better collecting unemployment. And Jay has the audacity to sound all chipper and happy on his recording where he has yet again cut our pay. Does anyone know when this might be paid? Coming from Transcend, we were "grandfathered" in at 99% and supposed to get 10% for the first quarter. Does it include all money earned including the bonus we get if we have over 12,501 lines or just our measly base rate? I guess this is my one and only bonus here. Appreciate your help. ...

I know it was just asked how they figure out their bonus, but I am concerned because I found recent posts that say the lines are "weighted", and their own ad says "quality based" incentive program. For a while they were advertising for help hot and heavy with big sign on bonuses. Now, no big help wanted ads and work is slim on many of our accounts. Thank you for my Q2 bonus, the first ever for me. However, I really could have used the money during the last 3 months. If divided up over those 3 months, I would not have had to borrow money for food. Please reconsider this punitive bonus plan you have. The money would be better served in my paychecks. We used to get the monthly production bonus as a separate check on the 25th. I didn't get a separate check for this although I should have qualified. Paltry as it is, every little bit helps. Have you found that it's getting less and less for the VERY SAME AMOUNT OF LINES? I got a smaller bonus (piddly as it is) this month for MORE lines than I produced a few months ago and got a larger bonus for.
