Have you found that it's getting less and less for the VERY SAME AMOUNT OF LINES?

I got a smaller bonus (piddly as it is) this month for MORE lines than I produced a few months ago and got a larger bonus for. I know the bonus is pretty much based on some kind of whim and/or some computations that require a master's degree in mathematics to figure out, but it would sure be nice if they could be consistent. I guess I should be glad I get one at ALL at this point. As I said, it's not much (always under 100) but every little bit helps. Is it just MQ who pays a crappy bonus or is this pretty much how all companies are now? I can remember in the not-too-distant past the plain and simple 50 bux per 10,000 lines per pay period . That was nice. That would have given more more than double the bonus I get now... . Sigh...........

Oh well! Like you said, better than nothing. I suppose I can buy a Thursday Madness Meal at McDonald's with it and splurge on an ice cream cone.

I got a $57 bonus - HUH??? I was out sick and didn't even put in all my hours, and the ones I did, well 90% of them were paid at minumum wage.

I don't get it. Don't get me wrong, I'll gladly take the money and run, but this is the most I've ever made in bonus. Payback perhaps? I just wish all of you the same mistake soon. ;-)

Did you get an email about the 10-5 weekend bonus whatever they called that one mistakenly not being paid out when it was supposed to be and it was going to be on this check?

No, I didn't get any mail regarding this, but you may have hit in on the head. Thanks for maybe clearing this up for me. I was actually feeling pretty guilty being PT and not the greatest producer in the world. Now I feel better. :)

I used to work for MQ, went to ETransPlus. Get no bonus of any kind now, no extra pay for holidays, nothing.

I've been working for MQ since 2001 and went through all the different changes they made to how we get paid. The reason they gave us this bonus was to compensate for taking away some other benefit, but I forget what that was. It was meant to replace the money lost from the other benefit, but it never really did. In fact, I rarely, if ever, see any bonus in my paycheck.

On top of which, I cannot get into the ADP to even check it out. This is the second payday that has happened. Not all companies are so stingy or greedy. My spouse came home yesterday with a $250 bonus check and a wonderful message saying as how the company had done well this year and this was their way of thanking the employees and sharing (all 15,000 of them.)Before Christmas too!! My SO said all the single mothers in the office cried. Heck, I cried too when I heard about it.

I have gotten a bonus every month since they started this silly thing except this month. I was audited, but I got 99.6%, and I never stray from my schedule...hmmm. Anybody else in the same boat?

We used to get the monthly production bonus as a separate check on the 25th. I didn't get a separate check for this although I should have qualified. Paltry as it is, every little bit helps. I do see an "incentive bonus" on my regular paystub, but I'm not sure if this is from some past incentive I have since forgotten about or if they are now just putting the regular monthly bonus on one statement along with our regular pay. Down below someone said it only comes as a separate check if it is over $100. Mine have always been in the 120 to 150 range and I have gotten a separate check. But for the past 2 months, nothing. Just read this report, and I find it so ironic and insulting that they institute this new non-productive, mistake-promoting platform and garbage-producing ISR, degrade the sound, and then turn around and blame us for the customer complaints that are coming in about quality of work. I owed a bit of money for last years taxes, which I do not have so am making monthly payments. I sent in the form to request to pay monthly, but have not heard anything back. Has anyone done this and is this unusual (that I have not heard back anything)? Thank you for my Q2 bonus, the first ever for me. However, I really could have used the money during the last 3 months. If divided up over those 3 months, I would not have had to borrow money for food. Please reconsider this punitive bonus plan you have. The money would be better served in my paychecks. And now that the DSP and nDSP were messed up on the last pay period (resulting in erroneous QC Percent scores), I'm afraid it's going to be delayed even more while that gets corrected/ironed out through another pay period.
