huge amount of work to be done. Since we've "taken advantage" of flexing this week, we need to run to grab all this work now says the TSM. Good luck with that. They even compared the low work in the week to low times in the stores at holiday season. What planet did they snatch these TSMs from. No thanks. I'll wait for my partial unemployment thank you.

am I understanding this right? They make everyone suffer with not enough work on their shift all week and then expect everybody to spend the weekend working? How do they run a business like that, it's crazy!

yep and then by the time the night shift comes on, we are told,"Sorry, no work available." This job seriously makes me absolutely hate my profession.

I cringe everytime I see those email updates during the week telling everyone what a GREAT job we're doing keeping the accounts in TAT. How could we not? There's no friggen work! I feel like replying, yea, great for the company, sucks for our paychecks. I already give up a weekend day to work. I refuse to work the other. I don't work on my days off. Period.

didn't they ask for help Saturday during the day. All that backlog didn't suddenly just show up. There was a scolding undertone to the email also, which didn't sit right with me.

me feel as though I was totally interrupting her schedule. She was talking to sales person, her kids and me at the same time. We finally got disconnected (on purpose maybe) and I never heard back from her. This was in the middle of the day. The next time she wants us to drop everything and run to grab the work she can forget about it after that one.

My time off-don't check company email. - not paid to be oncall

I am not paid a management salary that would warrant me being on-call. Therefore, I don't check company emails on my days off. Used to-not anymore-boost my pay and benefits back up and I will think about it. I have a life outside this company-though not much of one since they pay me peanuts.

Still offering NOTHING extra to work overtime. OT pay since Nuance acquired Webmedx is a slap in the face. I used to make hundreds a pay working overtime. The way Nuance calculates it amounts to around 10 bucks an hour. The one particular account that they are begging everyone to work on is horrid to begin with. Has anyone noticed that fairly suddenly ASR recognition has gotten much worse. I know it was pretty bad before, but now I've noticed that even with the clear dictators where in the past the ASR recognition was okay, it's now HORRIBLE. Weren't we promised the ASR would get BETTER with time. Didn't they LOWER our pay when they said it got better before. We get a letter from MQ extolling our virtues as MTs, more and more info about nationalizing the EMR with Verizon, etc. and I notice I'm not the only one getting less ASR, more direct typing. I got an email Friday stating my TL was leaving (DH) old OSi. We have a contact person until a new TL is assigned. I have been waiting for a new/big account now for ever and I am guessing that must have fell through again. They are just jacking me around. I am on unemployment for being underemployed now. the work skyrockets overnight like nothing we have had in at least 2 months or more. I had to ask why all of a sudden did the workload go up so high? It was about the client wasn't happy and the account was at risk, and yet, it showed every day for the week the percent quality score was above minimum. Some "critical" errors, but I'll bet they were mostly not following the client profile. Earlier there was an email stating that the client (a different one) wasn't happy and we were at risk of losing that account. Had to do with selecting the encounters correctly. Gee.... We were starving for work these past few weeks and now TransTech is hiring 10 more MTs? This is really starting to tick me off! To the suits at TT who read the board: Please stop hiring more MTs!
