about the new email - slave wages

I already use Windows Live Mail. So I went in there and added my MModal email address. I had to verify it and I did that. But now what? It doesn't show up anywhere. Where do I receive the mail? I have looked all over the Live Mail "options" and I can't figure it out.

Well, I had the same problem....no short cut on my desktop. My supervisor suggested I go to START on bottom left side of screen. See if Windows Live is there. If so, drag to desk top. Click on it, and then click on what is in that. To get where as soon as I clicked on the icon on my desktop and it bring up the mail, I had to call 1-800-DICTATE. They got it working so it could come up when I clicked on the icon, but I still have issues of when I close the e-mail, the system checks every single e-mail I have saved that was sent by CCM, and they are suppose to be working on that issue, but did not contact me today about it, so my ticket is still open on that issue.

I guess I'll use the other option Web Access. I don't see why this has to be so confusing though. Live Mail always says "create an alias" but then they offer no suggestions on how to manage it after you do.

but now the little live mail icon just sits there on the task bar and no matter how many times I ask it to, Live Mail won't open.

for you, then use the second option in the email for web access email.

It was much easier to set up too. I wish now I hadn't gone to all the trouble of transferring all my MModal stuff over to WLM.

It should have all the things in it just like both the other emails, like your folders you already had setup.

Do what I did and call 1-800-DICTATE. I have called them twice now about this new e-mail. They can't fix the problem with me getting out of the e-mail, and it uploading every e-mail I have saved from my supervisor, and takes 5-10 minutes to do so. They did give me an icon on my desktop to click on to bring up my e-mail. I was told that other people probably were having the same problem and just are not calling about it, and if they figure out why the program is doing this, they will give me a call. I am not holding my breath.

something like "correction to previous" email regarding line rate increase. At first I thought, okay, that virtually nil line raise WAS a mistake and now they will be giving us a more reasonable raise. Nope, it was the same exact amount.
