Vent - MQCentral email is the lousiest email - sm

system devised! It never seems to work and is so unbelievably slow I can't stand it!! Glad I got that off my chest.

If they would have invested in fixing MQ Central so you can actually find things and not have to wait 5 minutes every time you want to check the mail, instead of investing in schemes to spy on us, life would be better. They only spend money to make their lives easier, certainly not our's!

You would think that with all the technology out there and MQ being the biggest, they would have better systems, but their once good reuptation for having the "latest and greatest" MT user-friendly systems is fast going down the toilet. It seems they have managed to break everything that once worked well and was to the advantage of the MT and make the most user-unfriendly environment for the MT; regular email replaced with the worst email ever (must be some relative who needed work who created it, as well as ScheduleSource fiasco); took away E-Time and replaced with an overly complicated program that still does not work as promised; DocQscribe getting harder and more time-consuming to use with each new upgrade; tech support when you need it is a thing of the past (lets make them jump through hoops and maybe they will stop asking for help and we can get rid of tech support like we did QA); getting rid of QA and making MTs literally pay for blanks. Not to mention things like FTR (for whom I am still not sure)and ASR.

Never mind, pointless to even vent about it anymore. Glad I am outa here after the 1st of the year and out of MT altogether after many wonderful years. Pointless to go anywhere else as MT when all companies are soon to follow in MQ's footsteps, if not taken over by them. You think it is bad now, when there is no competition left they can and will do what they want to MTs and I bet only going to get worse. Good luck to us all.

Does anyone else get XXX emails in their MQCentral email. I started getting it about 2 months ago and now everyday when I got in my email, I have at least 3 of emails to delete. I have accidentally deleted important emails because of this. I called support when it first happened as I saw it as a HIPPA infraction as I had assumed that MQCentral was a secure website. He told me that someone with my Medquist email address in their computer looks as these sites and that is how I've been getting ...

something like "correction to previous" email regarding line rate increase. At first I thought, okay, that virtually nil line raise WAS a mistake and now they will be giving us a more reasonable raise. Nope, it was the same exact amount.
