From my region's SVP of OPs. Apparently my CCM is no longer my CCM. I guess what I've read here is correct and they get rid of the good ones because my CCM rocked! She was not just the best I'd had at MQ but one of the top managers I've ever had anywhere in any job.

Now I just wanna cry.

New CCM - Working MT

Does your letter have a different CCM at the bottom where the contact information is or am I reading mine incorrectly. I am assuming that because the contact information is still my current CCM that it has not changed. SO SORRY if that it the case.

Mine has a new CCM name so mine has changed. :-(

So, I get an email from my old CCM and it states our group has not changed and we are on the same accounts and nothing new except our QC person has left.

Now I get this corporate email telling me I have a new CCM. So, I GET NEW ACCOUNTS AND A NEW CCM?

I just called old CCM and she said nothing has changed and I should be having the same accounts and her as a CCM. WHICH IS IT!

I just got the e-mail today too and my CCM is my supervisor that I always had, but there are 2 people (higher?) that are also listed as supervisors, and I don't know why they did that. Maybe they were always in those positions and I didn't know.

If your CCM was fired and was good to you, may I suggest that you offer to write her a letter of recommendation from you to help her get a new job. She will not likely get a letter of recommendation from the MQuckyfQs.

something like "correction to previous" email regarding line rate increase. At first I thought, okay, that virtually nil line raise WAS a mistake and now they will be giving us a more reasonable raise. Nope, it was the same exact amount.
