This email talks about how unhappy a certain hospital is with our work and talks about omitted text, incorrect medical terminology and threatens performance management? Wonder what's going on now?

what region? - oh no!! I just thought of something!

I can see it now... every client, every region, everyone wants performance management!! Why, you ask? BECAUSE THEN THEN WILL ONLY HAVE TO PAY US 1-3 CPL LIKE THE INDIANS!!!!

Exactly what I was thinking. I also got an email about how this hospital was "reviewing" my work and found some "omitted" dictation, and I was told to be more careful in the future. I'm afraid to say on here exactly what I was supposed to have omitted because then my CCM could probably identify me, but it was a very mundane sort of thing and had no impact at all on patient care.

What hospital has time to go over our work with a fine-tooth comb? Call me paranoid, but I think I'm being singled out.

something like "correction to previous" email regarding line rate increase. At first I thought, okay, that virtually nil line raise WAS a mistake and now they will be giving us a more reasonable raise. Nope, it was the same exact amount.
