wanting everyone to work a weekend day. I personally can only work M-F and was hired on as such. I know some people probably already have mandated weekend shifts, but I have another job I work weekends. I wonder what would happend if I refuse to work weekends? Maybe I'd get fired and then be able to collect unemployment and do the TAA for retraining.

This company doesn't care what they may have told you in the past--its what they want now that counts. I don't know how long you have been with MQ, but their "word or promises" are not worth a crap.

Every CCM makes up their own rules--don't let them bully you into changing your schedule- I did that and I regret it every day because there is no way in heck I am getting my M-F back. We got the email "if you don't voluntarily choose weekend hours then the hours will be chosen for you." Like the below poster said- that is why unions were formed so they can't bully us and each CCM make up their own rules.

something like "correction to previous" email regarding line rate increase. At first I thought, okay, that virtually nil line raise WAS a mistake and now they will be giving us a more reasonable raise. Nope, it was the same exact amount.
