can we get downtime - for 15 minutes?

when the system went down. Then you email the TSM (New person in charge of time sheets) and they enter it for you. I always request it and always get it. Good luck.

Go to card, click add on bottom of the day. Enter the times in the popup box. Click work availability. Enter the ticket number in the notes box and also put the reason. If it is for NJA, you only get 6 minutes. If it is for the system being down, you enter the entire time the system was down during your shift, put system down and the master ticket number your TSM gives you and click notify so your TSM can change it to downtime.

Im not sure how you would know how long its down unless you sit right there tied to you computer and wait for it to come back up.

In teamwork switch to conference call and enter the ticket number and that it was Fluency downtime. I leave docquscribe open as long as I can to try and upload the stuck jobs,,,Today it kicked me out in no time..

Clock out of "Production Hours" and clock in under either "Work Availability" or "Conference Calls" (both will get you the same results). Now click on "clock" which is highlighted in blue and under "employee notes" write something to the effect of "Fluency down, ticket #1189453." In the drop down box for "Alert Manager" change this to "yes." Keep checking the system every 10 minutes or so and when it finally lets you in (or you get an email from your very attentive HDSM letting you know it's back up). Once the system is back up, clock out of that. If it's the end of your shift, you're done. If you still have more time in your shift, clock back in under "Production Hours."
