Question to Performance Coaches and HDSMs - Flummoxed and Fed Up

When we, the MTs/MMEs are dealing with a truly horrendous dictator that just about everyone except for a small handfull of people are having great difficulty understanding, why don't you take all (and there are truly so many) of the reports corrected by this small handful of MMEs and copy them to the Repository where blanks can be more efficiently searched for?

Are you going to say that it is too difficult to deal with the group that gets the reports into the Repository, just as you say it is too difficult to correct Standards and the Client Profile?

Perhaps the HDSM wouldn't be complaining about the backlog if some initiative was taken to help the MT/MME.

to make sure we make less and less money. there is no plan to make anything better for us. the plan is to make it harder and harder for us to make minimum wage, so they can recup their losses on the backs of those of us who have been working our butts off for them, learning their new program, teaching their computers to replace us, all with the hopes that we will quit, thus saving them even more money. if you have any kind of idea that will make our jobs better for us, well, dream on.

In that stupid repository..I dont know who puts stuff in there but they need to weed through.. A letter by the same doctor should be the same format throughout the repository, not some with headings some without. There are wrong words, there is incorrect spacing, the repository is a mess. But your right, take some time, go through it, fix it, and act like you give a crap.

OK, the thing about the repository, which I admit I just learned, is that when you type your word/phrase in the search box it searches all the jobs in there from that physician at the same time. A lot better than going into each and every job from the previous jobs. Am I the only one who didn't realize this?

Also, I am so tired of the grafts and charts, and it seems they are so proud of their work on these charts with all the colors, but they should know we are not getting anything out of the charts or their daily audits -- maybe at first there was a helpful hint or two, but after awhile the daily audits are of no help at all.

Why is the repoitory filled with reports with - wrong info..sm

There are no dashes between numbers and metric measurements. I wondered why I got gigged for that, obviously it was something I copied from the repository and missed it when I was going through the report. If the repository is meant to teach then TEACH correctly to remove confusion.

So where is the repository? - noob

I've always just done the job search and there is crap there. Maybe I should stop deleting all their emails without reading them and I'd know about this repository? haha

It was for using follow up instead of followup (I know better) and then omitting the word "the." I am having a computer problem hope you can help...I have a laptop that I had to replaced the hard drive in about 6 weeks or so ago. When we first got it back, it worked faster than before. Now, less than 2 months later, it is really slow. I defragment the hard drive once a week, etc. but it has not helped. It has become obvious that a company is putting us in work pools, NOT to get improved TAT, but to either play favorites or to give the primo/better dictators to the MTs who cannot handle the crappiest dictators. I have noted that I have had the same lousy dictators over and over again, no matter what time of day I work or which days of the week. I have just reached my 90 day evaluation period with a company but they are saying that I have not reached my 1000 line count per day and that they are putting me back to "part time" employee status because of it.
