Message to the HDSMs -- Enough Already - Hanging In There

Enough of all your charts and grafts telling us what work is available to us. It gives us hope that there will be work during our shift, only to find out once we sign in that all the work has gone to the helper pools. Those daily e-mails now only service to waste our time when we should be typing the crap that has been left for us.

all that's left is the bottom of the barrel CRAP, mush mouth, wind tunnel/screaming babies, eating, belching, partying with the nurses dictators and we get hand slapped if we miss a "the" out of their dictations. So sick of this company. And their graphs. Just here for the insurance.

why do we need to know how we are doing as a team? Do we get a team bonus? No! The only person who cares about the team standing is the TSM & that's because it is tied to her bonus.

It always feels like we are being prodded about something each of us has no control over as a whole. I can't fix the team metrics singlehandedly!

Could you knock it off with the motivational emails every day? This is our job, not therapy.

How do all of these totally unnecessary emails further justify your job? This is nothing but busy work and I would rather be busy earning money.

Did anyone else get the message from Massanotti? What do you think? Also, I went to medquist.com and was struck by the fact that they are marketing front-end dictation systems with SpeechQ, thereby eliminating transcriptionists altogether! I am not surprised, any way to get us out of the picture will make them more money. It just seems odd that they would tell us on one hand that they value us and then on the other try to get rid of us altogether.... ...
