Exactly what is the performance action plan ? - Anon

I know this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find the thread. I'm wondering exactly what the peformance action plan is. Are any of you on this and what is the reason behind why you were put on it. TIA.

They could not think of a better name since it was referred to PAP over and over...

I had been given 2 new accounts with absolutely no warning--all new specs of course--and NO learning time--I was below 99%. I had to have a meeting with my TSM and HR and sign a PAP stating I would meet the 99% requirement, participate in weekly meetings with my TSM to go over my scores and take "classes" assigned to me in Enrich. I also received training on the new accounts.

In the end, my TSM said, since I had now achieved the 99%, that the problem must have been the new accounts with no training on them.

I tried to point out that the errors causing me to fall below 99% were account spec errors, but she really did not care--errors were errors--cap this, bold that--this MD was things done this way, another that...etc.

Thus my argument that we should be paid to learn the account specs which fell on deaf ears.

I don't know and it was never stated what would happen if I did not fulfill the requirements, although I felt termination was the next step.

I just cant believe MMOdal have set their bar so low... This means 65% will see decrease and/or paid minimum wage. I haven't been put on PM yet but fear I might.  Got an email that said I had a "low-scoring feedback report."  It was for using follow up instead of followup (I know better) and then omitting the word "the."  Now, I will own up to these mistakes, they WERE my mistakes, but by no means life-threatening in any case.  But apparently this caused my score to drop below 98%.  Now I'm terrified they are going drop my pay by 3 cents a line, and I am already in danger of not being able to ...

I am having a computer problem hope you can help...I have a laptop that I had to replaced the hard drive in about 6 weeks or so ago.  When we first got it back, it worked faster than before.  Now, less than 2 months later, it is really slow.  I defragment the hard drive once a week, etc. but it has not helped.  The PC that I use for work (I do not use for anything but work) never has had a problem with getting slower but with the laptop it is bad.  Of cous ...

I really can't believe this....well I can. I quit Medquist three weeks ago. I promptly received my labels to return my equipment which included a letter saying I needed to return the equipment within 14 days.....5 DAYS LATER...I get a letter via UPS, which I had to sign for, saying I MUST return the equipment within 7 days or legal action will be put upon me!!!
