Audit feedback T'ing me off, sorry. I fail to see how adding or leaving out "a" and "the" should be anywhere near a major category, downgrade or not. Absolutely none of the "errors" I am being dinged for have any effect on patient care. I completely reject audits as a valid assessment of my skill, especially since dictators are obviously not held to the same standard. We are given too many sets of rules to follow. D* if you do, d* if you don't. Half of the dictators can't even speak recognizable English. Another huge percent make no effort to speak clearly or follow their own profile. The whole thing is ridiculous. This job is being made much harder than it needs to be. I have passed all the tests over and over again. Shouldn't we be trusted at some point and be given credit for having a brain?
Since leaving out every squeak or mumble and adding tiny words is so critical (OH MY GOD DO I NEED A COMMA HERE??) I will now transcribe in numerical order please um number:
1. The MT is burned out. Paragraph.
Numbernext: The MT is mad period.
Numbernext: The MT is underpaid period.
Numbernext number: The MT is just about ready to quit. Um correction, go back to the chief complaint and add this is all BS.
