It does not take a rocket scientist to realize that you can go faster - produce more, have better quality if you have a primary account, or at least 3 accounts. I am getting accounts that I have never heard before. CRAZY!!!

I feel the same way! Things were going so smoothly with making line counts and being used to accounts and profiles, now another wrench thrown in and new accounts, new profiles, slowing down. So very frustrating... Want a new job after 25 years. :-( Unfortunately no other training, too old and cannot afford to go back to school.

I feel your pain. I have been dealing with exactly the same thing. It's rediculous what they expect of us. Since I started working for MM my income has DECREASED by about $1,000 a month. Every change they make it's for their benefit, not ours. I really think this is what they want; more work, less money. I mean 150 lph, that's only possible if you never leave your chair with all the account specifics that we have. They have screwed up my income to the point that I have gone part-time and am drawing my Social Security because I will make more money. Pretty sad. Not too much longer and I will be totally out of there, God willing. Worse place I have ever worked in my life!!

LOL. I feel your pain. I got out. But I can remember the absurd MINUTIAE in the account specs...the things they felt you needed to take your time to look up...and not get paid for it. Absolutely infuriating.

I am an IC and have a prospective cliient who might have more work than I can handle on my own. I was really just looking for part-time job and this opportunity basically fell in my lap! .. in the "total hours" for the week when calculating our C-LPH? My 15-min OOW punches from this past week were included in my total hours. If they had NOT included those OOW punches when they were calculating my C-LPH, I would have been put into the next tier... just barely... but I WOULD have made it into the next tier.
