Why am I supposed to call the job hotline - exasperated

and get a ticket number for NJA when they neither answer the phone nor return my calls.
We were told not to call them for NJA - Use QCare

I was told that all NJA tickets should be requested via QCare on MQCentral after the RTL called to dig up more work and none is found.
You are supposed to file a QCare ticket. - Also, they changed the

phone number, but I don't know what they changed it to or where to find that number. They were getting too many calls everytime DQS goes down. QCare was created because too many people calling for NJA. Plus, they want to deal with the tickets at their own sweet time (my experience).

Seriously, do the CCMs or the RTLs see the tickets anyway? I always get back a response in less than 5 minutes that my ticket has been resolved. Resolved means that MQ finds me work, not sending me an email. Stupidest system ever.
I am tired and frustrated from applying and sending out resumes only to be ignored. It is like a game with them, I think. MedGarde even has an interview which has absolutely nothing to do with your skills or qualifications. In fact it seems like psychological testing to see if you are mentally competent or something like that. I swear I feel like a mouse that is being tested and run through a maze to see how well you perform, but even mice will get the prize or food event ...
I am considering requesting this pay which (depending on the state) considers us to be on-call and must be paid for part of our shift if no work.
I have had it up to here with Nuance and running out of work, adding more and more accounts and STILL no work. Got a second job and STILL being screwed by Nuance in the sense that I cannot rely on my first job (income wise), because when there is enough work they manage to screw my cpl with their lovely FIESA, then as soon as I have no errors the work ...

There is extremely loud static, so much so that we cannot even hear the dictator except for maybe 1 or 2 words in a paragraph?
Do we abandon the job or send it to QA or.....??
I've had some bad static before and suffered through it, but this is so bad that I can't hear anything at all, and the static is so loud that it's hurting my ears! ...
Just got an e-mail from my QTLmnop? that we are supposed to still send reports to QA when we think someone else will understand what we can't. (!?) If I can't hear something, I just can't hear it. Bad enough that they pay us less for ASR and now we may be getting paid less for sending through QA markers - how are we supposed to know when we are getting paid less and how can they pay us so many different rates? There is so much room for error and we will never know when we are getting ripped off! This whole thing sounds underhanded! ...

Verify our pay when we have no idea what the breakdown of the production incentive is?? (Better me, Better we....HAH) At least with Webmedx everything was laid out, tier by tier.... I was able to set goals and achieve them, not now though.

.. in the "total hours" for the week when calculating our C-LPH? My 15-min OOW punches from this past week were included in my total hours. If they had NOT included those OOW punches when they were calculating my C-LPH, I would have been put into the next tier... just barely... but I WOULD have made it into the next tier. I emailed my TSM about it this morning but still haven't heard back yet. Is this the norm? I could have sworn I read in the handbook that OOW punches are ...

Why no news? I hired someone to come in tomorrow (a mother's helper) to help with the kids as I assume we are starting tomorrow (originally told on 10/5 but then someone on this board said 10/11). I don't know how many hours I can work or any details whatsoever. Anyone else hear anything? Do I need to scrounge around for ANOTHER IC job?
