(for company info Google is you best friend, along with the below linked Bizapedia site and Manta among others. Just plug in the company name.)
Company has been under 2 names, Superior OutsourcING, Inc and Superior OutsourcED, Inc. Both in Crystal River, Fla and under the same owner.
The OutsourcING was indeed established originally as stated in the ad in 1998. The other OutsoursED name licenced in 2012. Companies usually do this when they file Chapter whatever and start over.
Looks like small independent company run from home and using a PO Box for mail, with three listed contacts and current license. Only thing missing is a web page.

Healthcare Documentation Specialist Pay Sep 17, 2014Hello, I am currently a HDS student and have a few questions about what happens after post graduation.
What is the lowest, medium, and highest pay that an HDS gets a week, month and year for Nuance?

Is It Just Me, Or Do The Words Clinical Documentation Specialist Mean Jun 05, 2015Ahima certainly gives it a different spin than MT, and an article at Study.com lists desired or common requirements as associate's or bachelor's degree, with nursing, HIM, or health information technology, and medical coding expertise.
So where does Nuance get off expecting "lowly" MTs to do this stuff, with 100% flawless accuracy, on lowly MT pay having to Google everything? I mean, they do not even pay us enough to be "lowly" MTs, and yet expect us to Google and verify that do ...
Cpl Rate For QC Specialist Feb 24, 2010Please don't ask me to read the board. I have. I just need a straight, honest answer and no bashing. I need to know if a cpl line rate is fair for QA. You have to send feedback, have some MTs on full edit, etc. I just don't see making any money, but I would like to hear from others who may be doing the same thing. Thanks a bunch!! ...

Medical Language Specialist Mar 29, 2012I graduated as a medical transcription, but after some confusion, I found out I'm really a "Medical Language Specialist"? Right? Is there a difference? I know about Medical Language Editors, but this is a new one on me. Is that the key to job searching? ...
Patient Care Specialist? Aug 29, 2013The job posting on the job seeker's board sounds fishy to me. It says "no phone calls, please" but there's no phone number or company name even listed! I bet it's one of those scammers that want us to give THEM money, and then they'll let us work for them. ...
Global Marketing Specialist Group Aug 21, 2010Please beware of this company. They are literally preying on medical transcriptionists who are having a difficult time finding and keeping a good job (which I think is happening more and more to people who have been doing this for a long time). Anyway, I received an e-mail from them after 9:00 p.m. this evening, a phone call from them (which I didn't answer) and then an e-mail following the phone call. So we have blocked them. They want a fee from MTs, and they will ...

WARNING: Global Marketing Specialist Group Scam Job Ads Aug 27, 2010A company called Global Marketing Specialist Group has been trying to post ads repeatedly. They are NOT an MTSO company. They want you to pay $165 for a "background check" and then they will give you a list of potential employers or clients.
They are trying to post more ads using alternative e-mail addresses such as gmsgtranscription@. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. They are not being up front with you and are simply trying to make money from you. You should NEVER pay to work ...
Anybody Know Where Any Documentation Regarding Exactly How The QA Mar 20, 2010submission line count is calculated? Number of characters in the words filled in by QA divided by total pay period line count? Number of characters in the document submitted? Knowing MQ, it's probably the latter. So... if I submit 1 report with a 90 line count doc and 1 word, I'm dinged more than five 10 line count docs with 2 lines (i.e., 130 characters) of blanks in each? There are doctors with such bad accents+mumbling in my group that they can end up w ...
Has Anyone Experienced... Apr 12, 2010I was wondering if anyone has expereinced having applied to an advertisement for a transcription job with any particular MTSO, receiving an "invitation to test" at around midnight, and then attempting to take the test. What I found when attempting to take the "transcription test", was an hour and a half of written test, not a voice file transcription test, with very detailed questions. I spent an hour and a half taking this test and checking every answer on the internet, whether I th ...
To VERY Experienced MTs Feb 21, 2012I have about 25 years in MT, owning a MTS and filling other roles in the field as well.
Frequently on this board I read the frustrated posts from those with 20 to 30 years of experience who have submitted resumes/applications but do not hear back from the hiring company. A couple of times I have suggested that OVERQUALIFICATION may explain the lack of call back. Both times I was personally verbally attacked on this board, with the notion called "ridiculous" and "absurd."

Documentation Errors Sep 15, 2010I work in a surgery center/clinic in medical transcription. I have never worked in the medical field before, so I'm not sure what is acceptable. We get massive amounts of documentation errors from the nurses in the surgery center and in the clinic. Is this usually acceptable?! Is it normal for a transcriptionist to be required to scan over the chart and correct all of their errors or should this be the responsibility of the nursing staff? It's DRIVING me up a wall! I'd say 75 ...
Proscript Documentation Sep 16, 2010Does anyone know if Proscript Documentation is the same company as Proscript? Which Course For Experienced Nurse Aug 11, 2010I am looking into MT programs and wondering about one which advertises that it is geared to nurses: MT@Home Medical Transcription. It costs significantly less than the three programs which I see referenced quite a bit -Andrews, M-Tec and Career Step, but it seems like these programs involve so much material that I already know. Years ago I did transcription for nurses, I've worked in hopitals/home and office environments as a nurse (also years ago) and I worked in pharmaceutical sales ...
Advice From The Experienced? Jul 28, 2011I am a newbie MT and wanted some advice from those of you more experienced than I. Today, every single dictation I have had is from a foreign doctor..the latest one said (not kidding) toe bec abu in da pa...which I finally made out to be tobacco abuse in the past. My line count is horrible! How do you compensate for reports like this that take a long time, while maintaining a decent line count? Thanks. ...
Is 14 Cpl Fair For Experienced IC? Mar 28, 2012I have been an IC for over 5 years and have decided to increase my rates from 12 cpl to 14 cpl. In doing that, one of my doctors is thinking about replacing me. I thought 14 cpl was a fair rate. What does everyone else think? ...
I Think That All/most Of The Good, Experienced MTs Mar 01, 2015are going to end up quitting as soon as they possibly can, leaving behind a ton of newbies that will be super EASY to catch errors on (sorry newbies but you know it's true---it was true of myself when I was new). And the newbies won't complain about getting 7 cpl EVERY week. How's THAT for patient safety for ya? ...

Do Any MQ Employees Have Original Documentation May 22, 2011from years ago? I'm going through all my paperwork to find something that says we were to do a certain lines per hour, and at 98% quality.
