I had an interview and was told that if I wanted the job to respond by email. I responded with a yes and have not yet heard much. Does anyone know what is going on or did anyone get hired. I am wondering if this means they don’t want me now. I did receive an email stating that the position was pushed back a week. Any news would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I was supposed to be in that meeting. I was logged on early about 10 minutes before the meeting started. For some reason, I could hear everyone, but could not be heard. I tried to get into the meeting, but could not. I heard a lady tell the gentleman to send me an e-mail, but I never received anything from him at all. I tried contacting him via e-mail, but no response. After reading your e-mail, I thinking that was not such a bad thing. I am always skeptical when they keep pushing starting dates back and there is very little communication. Hope it works out for you.

KYMT ~ I am to start tomorrow with technical support. Just maybe they are the real deal. I will let you know what happens. What happened in the interview was that everyone was hired if they accepted the position. Support team and QA help from all directions and your own flexible schedule that you turn in every Friday. It sounds really promising, almost too good to be true. The account was pushed back by the hospital not the transcription company. Keep the emails going and let them know that you are willing and able, who knows; you may land a job anyhow. I just know that however it turns out; I need some cash flow now!!! Pay is 08 per 65 character line, straight type and 04 for editing and you can even get 02 for helping a fellow MT on blanks. Work on your hired account with ability to help on other accounts when your own work runs out, endless workload available. Like I said, I will post what happens to let you know if I made it anywhere, but if youâ��re still interested, keep your email bugging and maybe even call. There is a number listing on the website and his personal extension in the initial email. Good luck in your job search.

I found a website, but could not find any employee information on there. Do they hire employees and have benefits or just ICs? I've never heard of them before. TIA.

Well, so far things are going fine, a bit of a rocky start learning the ropes, but out of QC and moving on. They do seem very down to earth, unlike any other company I have ever worked for. Not sure about pay yet as it is twice a month, so will have to let you know that one later. Doctors are great and system is friendly. The only bad thing is that you have to ask for everything at the time you need it, such as formatting on a new type of report. I have never been questioned on my work or the amount of work I have done. Iâ��ll let you know more when I have more to tell. Keep trying!

I am doing some side work transcribing a research interview, and was wondering your opinions. One of the respondents in the interview panel is ESL. Her grammar is very often incorrect. I asked them when I got the project if they wanted the transcription verbatim, and she said "yes, let's leave it true to form."
