Rezziliant...any feedback? - ???

I got a job offer today from Rezziliant in the specialty I love and for a line rate that, while less than what I am making now, is still do-able if I can actually get a reasonable amount of work flow my way (not the case now). Can anyone give me any info/feedback on them? Thanks in advance!

This company is wonderful to work with. They really do work with you and care about the MT. There is plenty of work on the accounts I have experienced.

I received paperwork from them with a contract that stated 2 cpl for editing. and you have to accept that work--seriously..? Does anybody actually do that?

I was offered straight typing for 8 cpl...I make more p/l now but I have hardly any work. Plus I asked about the account and its all American English-speaking doctors. In a specialty I love. I think I have to jump on this.

RezZiliant editing is not a full-time position. When a U.S. teammate helps another U.S. teammate fill in a blank or two, the one who "helped out" is paid 2cpl for the entire report, not just the blanks. We do not hire editors for full time editing of overseas work. This is not our business model. If NLK believes this is 2cpl for overseas editing, full time, this is inaccurate.

Their tech guy called last night to set up an appointment to hook me up with their platform but I missed his call. I hope its an easy platform, change is so scary to me when it comes to the techology standpoint. That will be the FIRST call I make this morning. Had a great conversation with one of the managers/recruiters yesterday. Apparently they totally encourage open communication between team members. That will be a real treat for me because where I am now, I am 100% not allowed to communicate with anyone but my immediate supervisor. I dont even know who my QA person IS.

I got feedback on a report today, CRITICAL FEEDBACK. The doctor dictating was absolutely horrible, worse than horrible. I could not understand him, tried my hardest and before I uploaded it sent a note to QA asking for a sample of his work, explained that I could NOT UNDERSTAND HIM. I'm so happy! I got my audit, passed with flying colors and got an email from sup saying good work and keep it up! He also suggested that I submit for a raise since I've been consistent. I said I didn't know that we could, but apparently we can if we maintain that 98% average consistently for a certain amount of time. I started with MModal a month or so ago and I am noticing that MME feedback is not consistent. One will cross out dictation in the document that another will leave (like service or surgeon or primary doc). Also, "myself/himself/herself" should not be changed? Would appreciate feedback from anyone using M-Modal, especially Webmedx Enterprise MTs. Dreading the conversion and wondering if my fears are well founded. I'm pretty fast straight typing but rarely get more than 50 lines more an hour with current VR. Seems all it takes is just one lousy report to negate the lines made on the decent reports.
