Any Precyse MTs having trouble meeting the 96% production time expectation? How are you managing to do it? Work off the clock? Thanks. HR is supporting this push. It was 35 hours on a 40 hour week, then 37.5 now 38.5. thanks...
The only time I have trouble is now, with all the NJA, and they take that into consideration. When there's work, I work my scheduled 8 hours on the clock so I get benefits. If I don't have enough hours, I try to make them up - with permission and if there's enough work for scheduled people. If not, I use ATO/PTO or if I have none of that, I eat the days. There's plenty of time to go to the toilet, etc. There's not time to do laundry, etc., unless you log off both PType and eTime. I don't see a problem except when work is low. So what if you work at home, it's a real job, no different than if you went to an office. In an office you work 8-5 with a half hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks, so that's 9 hours in the office for 8 hours' work, same at home.
