Over the last two pay periods, at the end of the period, the amount of hours they tell me I worked is extremely low compared to the hours that I actually worked. Last pay period, prior to "approving my time card", the total amount of hours they calculated that I worked over a two week period was 12 hours!!!! When in reality I had worked 36 hours. When I emailed my supervisor, as usual it took three days for her to answer and by then, she had already approved my time card because I hadn't. She said that my hours matched up to the hours that I was typing in the system which in no way could have been accurate. I was told to keep a written log of my hours, but how is that going to help when it all comes down to my word against theirs....any advice?
