Does anyone work for Meridian Healthcare Solutions out of Indianapolis? Anything good or bad about them would be appreciated. Thanks.

I currently work for them. They are a great company to work with. Flexible schedules (you make your own). I currently work on the MedRite XL platform (pretty easy to learn). Do not know about the bennies as I work PT. You can email me if you need any other information.

The people who do the training there are OUT TO LUNCH. They are rude and condescending. Their whole training process is stupid. The manager was nice, but that crew who trains you.....RUN!

really one of the few places I think I would work. Everyone has different experiences, but the supervisor and her staff that I have are very knowledgable and supportive, and they do get back to you if you have a question. Like the poster above, your schedule is flexible, you set it every week. They do ask, at least on my account, for weekend work, but you don't have to work a full day. I do believe, however, that the cpl compensation varies with accounts. I work on 2 accounts and have a 3rd that I fill in for, and so you are able to actually "know" your doctors instead of jumping from account to account like many other places. I would recommend giving it a try. ALso, there is no 40-hour a week requirement, it is all based on production. You have a minimum of so many lines per day to be considered full-time.

Is this common practice? I've worked for them for 7 years and now they are cutting our pay? I havent had a raise in those 7 years, and inflation just so happens to be raising all my gas bills, grocery, clothes, and utility bills... but i should take a pay cut? Is anyone else having trouble getting work at Meridian? Looking through the archives, it seems some have plenty and others very little, though the couple with plenty was a few months ago. It seems the accounts have been on extended holiday since xmas, then New Year's, then Easter, then July 4th, it's never-ending.
