about bad managers/MTSOs who have snotty attitudes and are overly critical of work quality (while they themselves make mistakes) because they promise the accounts perfection just to get the account, and disgustingly low salaries. If the MTSOs are afraid of and don't like the backlash of the truth, then maybe they better work on the facilities to pay more for their unreasonable demands about ICs working a schedule, line count requirements, and so on.
