Copied and pasted directly from their contract. Unbelievable.

"Training Reimbursement: Contractor may elect to receive training from Pearson for work under this agreement including templates, software, formatting, guidelines, etc. If Pearson provides such training to Contractor, and if Contractor voluntarily terminates services under this agreement within the first 120 business days of the term, Contractor will reimburse Pearson for such training in the amount of $350.00. Pearson shall have the right to deduct the $350.00 from any compensation owed to Contractor under Section 2 above, or to be repaid from monies previously paid for substandard work."

"Upon termination, and providing a 14-day notification, the Contractor agrees to forward a private, high-priority email to Pearson stating that all documents, sound files, training information, Skype messages, all forms of communication with Pearson Transcription, will be deleted and destroyed immediately, (HIPAA compliant), as this information is the legal property of Pearson, and the result of NOT sending this email and providing the above-noted 14-day notification will result in a fine of $350.00."
