I got the exact same impression of her when I had my interview. She came across as extremely arrogant and droned on and on about the platform that she had built for her company and how her company is the only one who uses it and how amazing it is. I was rolling my eyes the entire time. Also, I forgot to mention that another thing that was a big turnoff was the fact that the owner of the company and the client can literally watch the file you're working on and see where you are in it and how long it's taking you. Essentially, "big brother" is always watching. That is WAY too much micromanagement for me, especially for an IC position. I knew within the first 2-3 minutes of the interview that this wasn't for me and that I wasn't going to accept it.
