If you have ever worked for Nacogdoches Transcription Solutions and they did not pay you, you need to email the Texas Labor board at EEOintake@twc.state.tx.us. Inform them the state that you live in and that you worked for this Texas-based company for X amount of time and that they never paid you for your work. Also let them know that they are highly suspected of pretending to hire people, never send any new hire paperwork, and then get rid of them so they can get work done for free and never pay. You can even refer them to this board. We must hold these shady companies accountable for their behavior and not let them get away with theft of services.
