If your library has computers for public use and/or offers computer classes, you might be able to book time with one of the IT people for assistance with removing the program for free.
I'm sorry you're having a problem. I uninstalled two versions of ProScribe without problem. Fluency on the other hand . . . (not to mention Landesk), well that's a different story.
