which training onsite even for "about a week" is not. We know you are the coding cheerleader, and we hope you have local facilities that YOU can train at for "about a week" after you get your CIC. Some people do not have that luxury at all. And BTW, a year ago in coding is not today. Things have changed drastically. Your friend was still lucky.
