and that takes a back and forth communication and sharing ideas and strategies.
I personally think the solution is to take it to the media because that is the quickest way to compel LT into action.
They can file in court and apply for unemployment benefits at the same time, but given the dire straits the company is in there is no guarantee it will be around much longer.
Public transparency and the pressure that comes with having to publicly answer to how she is conducting business is necessary to cut through the lies and warn clients and prospective employees about this so that they are not victimized.
Burying this in a court case that takes too much time is not the immediate relief needed.
