Even if KS and LT may never pay, the bigger goal is to put a spotlight on her behavior and let other MTs and regulatory agencies know how she is running her business.

Considering how her employees have had to learn to survive without pay, I think seeing justice done is a good substitute. They will likely be paid, but in the event they don't, they can get some satisfaction in seeing her penalized, sanctioned, fined or otherwise punished for her mismanagement.
