I don't share your defeatist attitude. Why would you just assume that putting this before the courts or media is futile? If the employees don't fight this then LT will continue to abuse them. So inaction does nothing. The judicial system is only one avenue the employees have in seeking remedy. There is the media and directing her clients to information they need to know so they can more more informed choices. The employees have more power than LT gives them credit for, or maybe she does know and that explains the dislikes and negative presence on this board. Food for thought.
