BTW this would be an obviously more one-sided discussion because these folks are the unpaid employees. Makes sense right.
You can deal with your issues how you choose, but calling people hysterical when they have legitimate legal issues is belittling and insulting.
And if you were one of those spending Christmas with unpaid bills, no money for presents for children or food then maybe you too would be angry that LT is living lavishly.
Try having a little compassion and offer helpful info so that they feel more empowered to take action instead of making them feel like they are to blame for staying there.
It isn't easy to just get COBRA. It costs money and if there has been no pay that can be a huge problem. There are people who have posted they are trying to get their 401 out and are running into problems. They are dealing with a hostile employment situation and don't need anymore aggravation form someone who can't relate to their problems.
As far as this board dialog being used in court. PLEASE do it!! That would be one of the best things that could happen! Can it be expedited?
