Company Board

Yes it meets the definition of hostile work environment (m) - anoneemoose

You probably should explore that.

As for the burn at the stake comment, well that is an exaggeration on your part naturally. However, if that is your interpretation of employees en masse holding her accountable, then maybe you should rethink the dramatics a wee bit.

Christians? Religion is not an issue here. It certainly isn't Christian to withhold employees earnings and avoiding providing accurate information about when they will receive earnings. But it still doesn't have a bearing on this issue which is legal and not a religious in nature.

Another definition of insanity can be: Running a business with such incompetency & egotism that you believe you are above the law and expect that eventually employees that stuck it out too long will not reach the end of their tether and revolt.

At any rate, the best way that you can end your apparent agony would be to leave the board until the Keystrokes debacle has been resolved - one way or another.

Until then it is what it is and these people you are trying to paint as insane can continue to seek what they are legally entitled to.

Is this a killjoy?
Darn straight it is when people are waiting months for checks and given misleading information! It's a killjoy when people have to plead for their earnings. And it is a killjoy when people are faced with hiring legal counsel to compel an employer to pay their already meager earnings. Yes that is the one thing you are correct about. It is a killjoy.
