I may have to drive to work, but it is amazing to be paid hourly and have paid holidays not holidays where you have to work or cover the hours you don’t have work with PTO. I have 3 weeks of vacation a year that I can use for vacation imagine that! I don’t have every minute of my day monitored and I can even go to the bathroom without clocking out. I loved MT work but I will never go back to what it has become. It is amazing to be free. I can’t even believe when I hear myself telling people what it was like that I actually put up with being treated that way. It is great to be valued again and treated with respect.
