Here is my biggest concern. I had not even been in her BOB for 2 days and she was looking for people to change their schedule permanent to work 9 pm until 4 am on a Friday night! Are you kidding me. I will not and never will work those horrible hours. Has she ever forced anyone to change their hours? I also have concerns about her rejecting vacation time, which I have never had done either. I never ask for all holidays, just 1 or 2 a year.
