Ditto for me. I had KP for a short period of time a few years back before heading back to MC. My memories of KP are that she is by-the-book and more pro management than pro HDS. Very much a stickler and, in my experience, not nearly as kind and understanding as MC. I'm really going to miss MC. Hoping for the best and trying not to go into it with a bad attitude, but KP is no MC.
