Where have people gone after leaving transcription? - ExMT

This is all I've done for over twenty years, and it's prepared me for nothing.  I've applied for mostly customer service (I love dealing with people), but the fact that I sat at a computer not interacting with anyone is not getting me any call backs in that area.  I wondered if there may be something better I'd be suited for (and possibly at least get a call back on)??

I haven't driven in awhile due to a TIA affecting my vision so I'm limited to work from home positions only.
