because of the shady work ethics that went on over many, many years.
It was to alert us of many hidden unethical work practices these companies were getting away with, and now still do. It was not meant for bragging and putting others down, but unfortunately, it looks like this is what it has become. These MTSOs are able to keep the injustices afloat because there are no meetings or places to voice opinions and grievances. This is no place to belittle others and brag either. So you have found services that suit you and that is what is good for you. No need to put another person down. It surely does not mean that another will take your job, nor would another maybe feel the same way. Every job has its drawbacks and everyone has their own opinion. Some even like Mmodal and Nuance. Some like Keystrokes and put up with their problems because they are comfortable with what they know. One would think a company would be proud of being referred to as good and have their pick of who they want to employ. These MTSOs come on here and brag also. They brag about awards they get, yet at the same time are abusive in many ways. No awards given out for the abusive ones, only place to call them out is here. It is just food for thought. Not everyone will put up with all this abuse for long. There are many who have to work at home and then there are those who should as not everyone is a team player and cares about others. Sadly, that is what healthcare has become. Good thing some people do not have direct patient contact as they should be left alone.
