First they want you to sign a contract that leaves Nuance not responsible for any problems you might encounter while using VDI. That should be a red flag right there. Also they had the nerve to say if your computer didn't meet the specifications, then you should either upgrade or buy another computer to accommodate the VDI at your own expense. Anybody that drank that Kool-Aid garbage and there were quite a few unfortunately, got ripped off in more than one way. Nuance is going to dump transcription sooner than later and all the MTs who did comply, will be posting their "new computer" on Craigslist!
