Don't ass-u-me either. Noboby criticised anyone and who do you think you are so research savvy. Many of us did this job when all we had to do was go fill out an application at the hospitals in our area and sell ourselves. We did one-on-one interviews and we were judged on personality also and how we got along with others. Many of us were also trained on the job. Many of us have been coming to this site for years. Many service owners have used it also as propaganda. It is very hard to tell who is posting. Don't rant on and think you know everything and down others.
Asking for good MTSOs is not lazy. Many of us have been burned and those that do the burning should be exposed. Many of us found out the hard way that we were doing work for Nuance. All these hidden abuses are just a heads up. Nobody said that Nuance was taking 2 cents out of your 4. These companies do not tell you that and you find out on your own. Who knew about the 4 minutes that are taken off the clock if you stop typing? Who knew about the no spaces being counted? Who knew others were having demands on VDI? It was nice to know we had a place to find the good, the bad, and the ugly. So don't glorify yourself as a researcher. You work 2 and 3 jobs. So did we all, and in the end, it doesn't even matter.
